Completed in 1996, the Time Warner Central Office Building houses equipment and support spaces for telecommunications switches. With a $1,000,000 budget, materials include stack bond jumbo brick and glass block. The building is approximately 5,500 gross square feet. Both architectural and interior architectural services were provided.
